As the owner of Miner Mart for over 30 years, Mike Morowit has helped safeguard taxpayer dollars and balanced the city budget while providing Manteca residents with the services they want and deserve. Mike currently serves on the Manteca Police Chiefs Foundation, the Manteca Homeless and Housing Committee, the Manteca Economic Development Committee, and the Manteca Children’s Foundation. Mike’s passion, dedication and experience have made him an effective Councilmember who is dedicated to representing the needs of Del Webb, Union Ranch, Primavera, Parkwest, Chadwick Square, The Collective and all Manteca residents.

I have been active in our community and owned a small business in Manteca for over 30 years. I understand the issues like crime, homelessness and sustainable growth that still challenge our city.
